We have been operating as Steady PM since 2012, proudly leading our local property management community. Owned by real estate investors, we understand the intricacies of managing rental properties. Since 2013, we have been active members of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), with our owners serving on the boards of both our local and state chapters. In January 2024, we joined the Amoriss family of companies to enhance our team, support, and services. Amoriss brings extensive expertise in accounting, maintenance, and multi-location operations. The co-owners also operate our sister company, Suntop Realty, where our agents are ready to assist with all your real estate needs.

Steve has been a licensed real estate professional since 1992. He began his career in land sales before transitioning to specialize in residential real estate.
An active member of NARPM (the National Association of Residential Property Managers), Steve served as the Pierce County Chapter President in both 2017 and 2018, and also represented the Northwest Region as an Ambassador. He earned his Residential Management Professional (RMP) designation in 2017.
In addition to his real estate career, Steve is a Lieutenant with Eastside Fire, where he has proudly served for over 20 years. His passion for helping others and commitment to doing what’s best for people carry through in every aspect of his work.
Outside of work, Steve enjoys traveling, camping, and spending time with his wife, two children, family, and friends. He currently serves as a Designated Broker.
Jodi has owned her own investment properties for over 20 years. Her and her husband, decided it was time to start Steady Property Management once their children were both in school.
Jodi is a member of NARPM, National Association of Residential Property Managers, and is serving her second year as President of the WA State chapter for 2024. She served as President for the Pierce County Chapter in 2020-2022. She enjoys helping owners manage and maintain their investments. Her goal is to provide such excellent customer service that clients will refer her to their family and friends.
In her spare time she enjoys anything outdoors and spending time with her husband, 2 daughters, close family and friends. Jodi is always looking for ways to learn and improve the Property Management industry and is a licensed Real Estate Broker.
She continues to show her passion for helping those in need with each phone call she takes. Proven success in managing large and challenging portfolios. Focused on counseling highly stressed individuals to resolutions. Expertise in identifying and resolving people and departmental problems. Seasoned in successfully working with a diversity of personalities. Skilled in training and coaching staff on procedures and policies. Strong organizational and operational skills. Extensive specialized knowledge in legal procedures. Nat brings to Steady PM decades of experience in property management. Enjoys fundraising, community events, visiting and assisting the most vulnerable populations, trying new food, visiting, and learning about different cultures.
Lupe's extensive experience in various positionsover 10 years working for Property Management Compnies has allowed her to become a well-versedprofessional in the industry. She enjoys helping others and learning as much as possible to answer qustions you may have.When she's not working, Lupe enjoys spending quality time with her family, reading, andtraveling.
Alec is organized, dependable, and driven by a genuine desire to help others succeed. He believes in clear communication, continuous learning, and approaching every task with care and purpose. These values guide his work each day and shape the way he supports clients and colleagues alike.Outside of work, Alec is married to a wonderful wife and is a proud father of three amazing kids who are his greatest joy.
